1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fadely Tutors website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account as a Parent or Teacher. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Description of Services

Fadely Tutors provides a marketplace platform that connects Parents seeking educational services for their children with independent Teachers offering home tuition and online classes. We do not employ the teachers; they are independent contractors.

4. User Responsibilities

• Parents: Responsible for verifying the suitability of a tutor during the demo sessions and ensuring a safe environment for home tuition.
• Teachers: Responsible for providing accurate credentials, maintaining professionalism, and delivering quality education as per the agreed curriculum.
• Accuracy: All users must provide truthful and updated information in their profiles.

5. Tutor Verification Disclaimer

While Fadely Tutors performs basic vetting of teachers (ID checks and educational reviews), we do not guarantee the performance, behavior, or quality of any teacher. Parents are encouraged to utilize the 2-day FREE Demo to evaluate the teacher themselves.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for tuition sessions are managed through the platform's payment portal.

• Fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed.
• Requests for refunds for unutilized sessions must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

7. Cancellation Policy

Both parents and teachers must provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancelling a scheduled session. Frequent late cancellations may lead to account suspension.

8. Code of Conduct

Users must interact respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the account without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fadely Tutors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the conduct of any user on the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
